Meet The Owners
Rick Allison
Rick
graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and has previously
worked for Planet Hollywood and Great American Restaurants. His
menu is creative and accommodates every taste. Rick’s passions
are food, skiing, golf and hockey. He has a wife named Tammie,
two daughters; Britani and Kelsey (who have both worked at The
Dock) and a son named RJ.
Scott Wills
Scott graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel,
Restaurant and Institutional Management. He has been in the hospitality
industry for 30 years and has most recently worked for Houston’s
and Great American Restaurants.
When he’s not slaving away in the restaurant, Scott loves
to be outdoors either fishing or digging up Civil War artifacts.
Scott has a wife named Tae and three wonderful sons.
